- Supervises all daily activities of Tool & Die Makers / Apprentices.
- Participates in the training of Tool & Die Apprentices.
- Designs / constructs / improves / maintains tooling / fixtures / equipment as required.
- Ensures quality standards of the Tool Room Department are maintained.
- Coordinates the Tool Room for the repair of tooling or equipment, as required to ensure the most efficient flow of production with the least possible downtime.

- Maintains purchased and consumable items inventory.

- Participates in Continuous Improvement / Suggestion Programs.
- Attends scheduled trainings / meetings and bringing forward any questions at that time or to his/her Manager / Designee.
- Performs other assignments as requested by management from time to time as well as making Manager / Designee aware of problems/slowdown in work area.
