As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all terminal based Pickups and Deliveries, equipment management and team development. Developing an engaged and motivated team is critical to the success of this role. As a heavy equipment operator, you will have the opportunity to become a dedicated contributor to our oil sands mining operations operating ultra class haul trucks.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months' experience with operating equipment (haul trucks, wiggle wagon, dozers, graders, excavators) in industries such as mining, civil earthworks, pipelines, sawmills, pulp and paper mills or manufacturing, or highway construction.
