Reporting to the Department Supervisor, the Part time worker is responsible for sanitation, operating company equipment, assembling & organizing customer orders.

Hours of work are subject to business operation needs.

Hourly Rate: $ 26.93

Minimum Education

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health and Environmental Science, or related field preferred.

Minimum Experience

• Six (6) months experience required in instructor-led training, field operations or related area. Experience working in a Safety focused leadership role preferred.

Job Conditions

Preferred Qualifications:Must be bilingual. Must be available Sunday – 2:00PM to 10:30PM Monday to Thursday – 10:30AM to 7:00PM Must be available for weekends and during peak periods .

Accurately enter data into computerized system. Sort, split, batch and image airbills and relevant documents for customs and archival purposes. Maintain files, gather and research data to generate reports. Ensure accurate & timely collection and deposit of operational payments from customers.

The scope of this position is to be responsible for dispatching units to pickup and delivery freight, monitoring the performance of drivers and ensuring customer timelines are adhered to. 

How You’ll Help

• Coordinate deliveries, assign pick up requests, and enter line haul orders in the computer. 
• Assign appointment freight deliveries to trucks, manifest shipments, and check for expedited shipments. 
• Answer phones from drivers and customers. 
• Review yard check to ensure freight is not missed and trucks are on schedule. 
• Coordinate drivers to come back for second round of deliveries.

The Building Maintenance Technician III is responsible for operating the facility including, but not limited to mechanical other supporting systems; performing structured inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical equipment and other systems. The Technician III is also responsible for performing work in accordance with established processes and practices and for complying with internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshooting

• Provides observations about facility, facility mechanical and electrical equipment, and systems conditions and deficiencies and provides suggestions for enhancement and repair.

Maintenance

• Performs work in accordance with established processes and practices.
• Complies with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection.
• Performs regular facility, mechanical and other equipment and systems monitoring inspections, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure facility uptime objectives are met, uninterrupted client operation and asset integrity of assigned facility are maintained.
• Responds to routine and on-demand service requests and performs preventative and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical equipment and other systems.
• Monitors assigned facility by conducting facility walkthroughs for mechanical, electrical, and other equipment system monitoring and inspection.

• Manages work order life cycle progressing the work form dispatched through to completion and records resolution data within service maintenance management database. Ensures work completed meets quality, contract response, and all other requirements.
• Assists in the implementation of preventative maintenance (PM) program. Ensures that deficiencies are identified, recorded and escalated, and that related documents are maintained.

Client Relations

• Assists in enhancing tenant and customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relations through the manner in which work is performed and services delivered.

Administration

• Participates in and assists with facility-related projects.

EDUCATION, JOB-RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of balance sheet accounts. This role also leads process improvements and system enhancements to optimize accounting operations.

How You'll Help:

• Financial Statement Preparation: Support the corporate accounting team in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements and consolidation packages.
• Fixed Asset Management: Maintain the fixed asset subledger, including accounting for additions, disposals, transfers, and performing monthly closing processes and reconciliations.
