The P&D Dispatch Team Leader is responsible for supervising and supporting a team of dispatchers, working closely with the Dispatch Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing a team of Technicians in the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services for assigned facilities.  The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the execution of activities performed by Technicians to ensure that work is performed in accordance to established processes and practices and is in compliant with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection.  In addition to people leadership responsibilities, the Maintenance Team Leader also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance as well as routine and on-demand services.

• Oversees and maintains all assigned tools and arranges for repair and replacement where required.  Submits all expenditures on a timely basis

The role of the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is critical to the ongoing success of the Maintenance and Reliability effort. The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for identifying the elements of an executable work plan that should contain (but not limited to), the work plan, the necessary materials, tools, and permits, and labor requirements. He is also responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance tasks and activities across our facilities. The job will include planning, scheduling, coordinating preventative maintenance, responding to emergency maintenance requests, and managing maintenance team resources.

They are expected to incorporate safety and food safety into all work plans and help ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently and help ensure that the work management process is managed efficiently.
