The Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing CMMS transition support including data transformation, equipment and PM schedule data upload, job plan setup, and workbook preparation as needed. This position will provide on-going CMMS client support, testing of new application features and be the CMMS subject matter expert.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
CMMS Platform (25%)
- Support the business in the application and use of the CMMS system re planned services. Includes training new employees and ongoing support.

Job Plan Maintenance & Schedule Management (25%)
- Develop new job plantasking.

- Ensure job plan compliance to codes by working with internal departments and external parties.
Maintenance Optimization planning (25%)
- Participate and conduct FORA Facility Operational Risk Assessments.
- Build MMP Master Maintenance Plans for accounts as per CMMS set up and provide recommendations annually for all centralized accounts.
- Implementation optimized maintenance plans from findings with MMP and FORAs.
New Client Transitions (25%)
- Lead the Maintenance Leads / Coordinators with the setup of the system including uploading the maintainable assets and settingup the annual maintenance plan.
- Train the account team staff in operating the system and delivering the maintenance.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- College diploma with more than 5 years related experience.
- Must have hands on experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

- Coordinates the implementation of corrective and preventative measures
- Assists in the identification and analysis of trends. Communicates observations and provides suggestions for incident reduction measures
Audit Compliance, Data Maintenance & Reporting
- Maintains all environmental, health and safety data including but not limited to incident data, and regulatory and process compliance data within applicable databases and all other types of information storage systems
- Assists in the audit of compliance records and all other environmental, health and safety data
- Prepares and distributes various environmental, health and safety related reports including but not limited to incident reports
- Experience with database development, programing and maintenance considered an asset

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Strong background in environmental management system development and administration, with knowledge of environmental regulations and environmental compliance auditing an asset.
- Certification in one or more of the following – Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety; Certificate in Environmental Management through a Community College; University degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Studies
