• The candidates should be able to assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, drilling, and blasting rock on construction sites, and framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
• The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications, pave and rake asphalt, and assist in demolishing buildings
• The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
• The candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints, perform routine maintenance work, and clean and lubricate cranes
