How you will make contributions that matter:

  • Ensure safety, sanitation, HACCP, BRC, GMP policies are practiced; 
  • Provide leadership to maintenance personnel through coaching and assessment;

  • Conduct daily inspection of work area; 
  • Conduct accident/incident investigations, prepare necessary report and communicate to line Management, Health & Safety personnel and Health & Safety Committee member(s); 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred (or Electro-mechanic license) with Electro-mechanical background
  • Minimum of 2 years plant maintenance experience in a Supervisory capacity.
  • Must have proven supervisory abilities and experience to engage a team of senior skilled trades.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and experience leading and following Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Ability to follow all Sanitation, Quality Policies and Procedures, report and follow through on any deficiencies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through change.
  • Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.

Job characteristics: 

  • Day job 
  • Work Monday to Friday 
  • 40-hour work week from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Salary of $48,923.75 per year with the possibility of variable compensation of 15%

 

Responsibilities : 

  • Seize all sales opportunities in your territory and with your customers; 
  • Sell the various promotional plans and promote new products according to the company's strategies and established objectives; 
  • Ensure adequate distribution of products, by brand and packaging, to all licensees, in accordance with established objectives; 
  • Take and manage customer inventories, bringing them to an ideal level, taking into account sales opportunities that arise; 
  • Communicate regularly with sales representatives, the distribution team and the territory credit officer in order to manage operational issues and delight the customer; 
  • Prepare for each call by taking into account the sales plans currently in place and considering the profile of your customers; 
  • Provide the necessary support to your work colleagues according to the need and workload. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • You have a secondary school diploma (DES); 
  • You are bilingual (French and English); 
  • You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite – particularly Excel; 
  • You have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer service; 
  • You are available to work a daytime schedule from Monday to Friday; 
  • You are good at communications and interpersonal relationships; 
  • You are results-oriented and demonstrate perseverance and adaptability; 
  • You are a good listener and able to provide creative solutions to meet customer needs; 
  • You have good judgment and are able to adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment; 
  • You have good problem-solving skills and know how to use creativity;

You will learn multiple aspects of merchandising, sales, and operations, while having the opportunity to represent some of Canada’s favourite brands. 

 

The Responsibilities : 

 

  • Through a First Choice lens, build and support relationships with key customers, business partners, industry associations, government and suppliers 

  • Ensure brilliant execution by building rapport and supporting product standards 

  • Install/Replace/Update POP material at the point of sale according to prior agreements or based on brand strategy (racks, price cards, display units, semi-permanent display, permanent display, etc.) 

  • Set up displays that have been previously negotiated at head office or store level. Ensure current POP material is visible. 

  • Ensure Molson products are in full distribution based on store/head office compliance. 

  • Ensure product is rotated and check code dates to ensure no expired product is available for sale. 

  • Check pricing to ensure compliance and correct if necessary 

  • Observe and record all competitive activity and report accordingly 

  • Ensure product quality in assigned accounts – out of code product, torn packaging, etc. 

  • Manage shipping and receiving of all POS material fromMolson Coors warehouse
