Business Management/ Admin Team Support

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of new/terminated employees, coordinating with HR, Technology and Facilities
  • Point of contact for visiting staff. Pre-registers all guests, including employees from other locations. Assumes local support including assigning office passes, desk space, room bookings, etc.
  • Acts as an alternate resource/backup for the other Administrative Assistants during lunch hours, breaks, end of day, illness and other absences, and shares in Admin Team responsibilities to support sector team and CIB business

  • English and French (verbal/written/spoken) required
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • This role is accountable to the Regional Manager
  • Subject to a criminal background check prior to employment
  • Travel is required; not typically more than 25% of the time.
  • Office environment with computer work and handling of documentation
  • Terminal  visits across the region
  • Extended period sitting in a work station working on a computer and on a phone
  • Normally Monday to Friday, day time hours but may be required outside of these hours
  • Follows all company expectations to promote a safe work environment. Perform all work safely in a fast-paced work environment. Required PPE must be worn at all times
