KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshooting

EDUCATION, JOB-RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing general maintenance support for the Wetaskiwin facility and will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

As a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician  specializing in Transit Fleet Maintenance, you will play an important role in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of Transit vehicles. What will you do?

• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, minor and heavy duty repairs and overhaul work on all components, including engines, electrical controls and systems, power train, brakes, steering, suspension, transmissions, fueling and other systems
