What you will do (Responsibilities):

• Initiates and is a key administrative resource for commercial/industrial customer attachment process and acts as a point of contact for our customers.
• Responsible for data entry in Maximo and SAP CIS, new service applications and customer-initiated work, capital requisitions, excess footage, aid-to-construction contracts and general inspection status.
• Handle customer inquiries for information and promote the benefits of natural gas.
• Conduct outgoing calls to new customers to ensure customer satisfaction, provide resolution where possible or direct to the appropriate internal group.

Who you are (Qualifications):

Group Summary:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Controls Engineer is primarily responsible for researching, developing, designing and testing electronic components products and systems. The Controls Engineer will develop and improve manufacturing control systems and oversee documentation on program changes.

• Maintain safety standards of equipment and work area and perform all duties in a safe manner in accordance with the safety policies of Karmax.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner in accordance with Section 28 of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for Industrial Establishments.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The Junior Application Administrator position is responsible for 1st level support of all assigned applications, this position will serve as a subject matter expert on content, processes, and procedures associated with enterprise applications using various programs such as OneStream and SAP BPC.   

Responsibility 

• Provide 1st tier support for existing applications.
• Work with all members of the IT and Finance team on ITIL processes to increase the number of first call resolutions and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Position Overview:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform access control provision duties, verify visitors coming on-site and parking enforcement. Dispatch duties via radio communication accepting all radio calls.

• Assigning keys to contractors.

The Preventative Maintenance Coordinator will act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and operations, while developing, coordinating, and monitoring preventative maintenance programs for the facility. Assist with the training of maintenance employees on the proper technique of preventative maintenance tasks and the importance of the program.

Performance Expectations

• Prepare preventative maintenance plans / instructions and schedules that are in sync with the organization’s maintenance goals and production requirements.
• Work order completion percentage ratio and PM recovery plan development.
• Assist with scheduling person power for regular PM activities.
• Coordinate planned downtimes to maximize MTBF and minimize MTTR and minimize interference with production schedules.

The Electrician position, under limited direction, installs, maintains, test, troubleshoots and repairs industrial electrical equipment and associated electrical and electronic controls.
