Skills and Qualifications
- A Diploma in a related field (e.g., Certificate of Facilities Management, Building Environmental Systems, Business, etc.) or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent.
- A minimum of six (6) years’ progressive experience in facility operations or facility maintenance with two (2) or more years in a supervisory and leadership role preferably in a unionized Facilities Services environment.

To be successful, you should be physically fit to stand and walk with a stop sign in various weather conditions for up to an hour. Good hearing, eyesight, and communication skills are essential. You'll work independently without constant supervision and need to be available for three shifts each weekday during the school year. While having a vehicle is a plus, it is not mandatory. The shifts total up to 3.5 hours a day within an 8-hour window. Your role is crucial for maintaining safety at school.
Duties and Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

Reporting to the Supervisor, Collections, the successful candidate will be an integral member of the Collections team. This team is responsible for the collection of miscellaneous City Accounts Receivables, Provincial Offence Act fines, Property Taxes and the Municipal Accommodation Tax.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Post and track remittances;
- Perform monthly reconciliations for various areas;
- Identify and monitor delinquent accounts and determine applicable collection activities;
- Prepare an analysis to monitor, measure and report on the various types of accounts to provide regular updates;
- Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders;
- Provide quality customer service by responding to internal and external customer inquiries;
- Prepare and issue all related correspondence;

Skills and Qualifications
