- Prioritize technical work orders related to building equipment to minimize business disruptions for tenants.

- Maintain thorough records of technical work order history, including equipment-specific details and expenses.
Financial Ownership (Including Quotes Management):
- Submits all expenditures on a timely basis.
- In partnership with the Maintenance Lead, FM, and Regional Director, manage the budget for building equipment maintenance, seeking cost-effective solutions to ensure tenant operations are unaffected.
- Solicit and evaluate technical quotes for equipment repairs, maintenance, and upgrades, with a strong focus on minimizing tenant disruptions.
Vendor Management:
- Oversee technical vendors and contractors with specialized expertise in building equipment maintenance.
- Hold vendors to high technical standards, emphasizing the importance of maintaining equipment integrity to prevent tenant disruptions.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- High school diploma plus trades training and/or certification or licensing.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing preventive and corrective maintenance on heating ventilation and air conditions systems, or pneumatic or hydraulic systems.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs.

- Proficiency in navigating and finding locations using maps, GPS devices, and map books
- Possession of a valid Ontario G driver’s license
- Clean Driver's Abstract confirming: a) No violations for the current year (last 12 months) and no more than 2 violations for the previous 3-year period (last 36 months) b) No accidents and maximum 5 demerit points for the previous 3-year period (last 36 months)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- HOURLY WAGE: $18.00/hourly (Base Rate $17.30/hr. + Hourly Bonus of $0.70/hr.)
- Guaranteed wage progression through Union Collective Agreement to $35.89 per hour after 48 months of service

EXPENSES/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Monthly union dues (approximately $52/month)
- A union initiation fee of $50 (will be deducted after completing 90 working days with UPS)

- Wear a company-provided uniform and adhere to the company’s Appearance Guidelines

Responsibilities
- Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with the primary contacts at each account, acting as a PepsiCo ambassador.
- Providing accurate, timely product deliveries and unloading product as directed by the customer
- Processing invoices and handling daily settlement of accounts
- Stocking and rotating product in various environments, merchandising to standard at all accounts
- Building displays and setting up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners
- Accurately completing all necessary paperwork
- Performing all assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner, while in compliance with all laws and transportation regulations
Physical demands and working conditions:
- You can lift/carry large loads up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout an 8-10 hour day
- You can maneuver large loads by hand and with use of various aides, requiring a wide range of physical agility, flexibility, and strength
- You will be exposed to a variety of weather and temperature ranges, and you will safely operate the equipment during poor road and driving conditions
Qualifications
- You have excellent people skills and know how to work with customers
- You have a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma or Equivalence
- You must have a valid Class 1 CDL driver’s license in good standing with a safe driving record
- You’re physically fit
- You are self-motivated and can work under minimal supervision
