Who you are

This role requires experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Angular/React, JSP/EJB/JMS, Oracle, Hibernate, Rest Services, JSON, Unix/Linux, WebLogic/JBoss, PL/SQL, Web Services/SOAP/XML, Maven/Ant, Soap UI/Junit, Design Patterns. Sound experience in Object Oriented design. Experience building and integrating with external systems using SOAP/REST API connectors. Experience in Agile, Iterative and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). It’s an asset if you have experience with OpenShift/Azure, Jenkins, Github, Artifactory, or other DevOps tools.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Monitors physical security operations at the client Datacenter.

- Maintains logs and records in accordance with the Datacenter Standard Operations Procedure (SOP).
- Identifies and escalates issues in accordance with documented policies and procedures.
- Reviews all reports written during shift.
- Ensures all scheduled posts are filled.
- Briefs oncoming Supervisor/Team about incidents during shift or in progress.
- Maintains documentation and follows standardized procedures to successfully complete unannounced audits.

Key Accountabilities

· Attend Advance Quality Planning meetings to finalize design of required fixtures and tooling.
· Interface with suppliers of raw material and tools to establish engineering requirements for start of production.
· Investigate and find resolution of specific processing problems for assigned projects/parts.
· Prepare quotations for new jobs, including material and processing costs, tooling, gauges and capital investment costs if required.
· Participate in productivity improvement investigations.
· Conduct time studies.
· Maintain ongoing process control through quality troubleshooting and process improvement investigation.
· Regular review of all processes and operator instructions for assigned customers to ensure accuracy and conformance.
Minimum Requirements
· A university degree in engineering or equivalent.
· Three to five years of related experience preferably in a high volume CNC manufacturing environment.

· Estimate durations of development, fabrication, construction and repair tasks.
· Ability to determine which materials and equipment to use.
