The Electrician position, under limited direction, installs, maintains, test, troubleshoots and repairs industrial electrical equipment and associated electrical and electronic controls. Primarily accountable for interpreting architectural drawings and electrical code specifications and form and test electrical circuits to ensure health and safety regulations. The Preventative Maintenance Coordinator will act as the primary liaison person between maintenance and operations, while developing, coordinating, and monitoring preventative maintenance programs for the facility. Assist with the training of maintenance employees on the proper technique of preventative maintenance tasks and the importance of the program.

• Tracking and trending data to develop departmental metrics on percentage of work order completion; benchmarking; overtime; planned maintenance completed on time.
• Tracking deferred maintenance plans and development to reduce the backlog.
• Assist in planning of annual major shutdown activities, and weekend work as needed when production operations are not running and repairs or PM’s / TPM’s must be executed.

Job Summary: As a member of the BGIS Sustainable Cleaning Solutions Team, you will be generally responsible for cleaning in a designated zone with an emphasis on quality control, health and safety & striving to exceed client expectations. 

Key Responsibilities: Functioning as a core member of the operational team and reporting to the Manager/ Supervisor as a Cleaner you may be required to perform some of the following tasks as required by the Manager/Supervisor and needs of the client:

A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will lead and do: Reporting to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, the Facility Maintenance Operator is part of a team responsible for the ongoing upkeep of the building envelope and grounds at the London Poultry facility.  You will work closely with a variety of specialized contractors to ensure timely completion and adherence to preventative maintenance plans.  You will operate yard equipment such as tractors, fork lifts, articulating booms and more to support various functions around the plant.
As a Facility Maintenance Operator, you will:

• Liaison and support facility contractors while onsite performing work or inspections
• Execute minor repairs to the building envelope and systems in a timely manner aligning with the maintenance work management process
• Perform rooftop equipment general maintenance including HVAC filter replacements, inspections, lubrications, etc.
• Perform and participate in facility inspections in accordance with the Food Safety and preventative maintenance programs
• Operate yard equipment such as tractors, fork lifts, articulating booms, scissor lifts, etc.
• Perform housekeeping, janitorial and other general maintenance duties
