Qualified applicants must have a valid class 5 driver’s license or higher issued in the province of Quebec. Package Delivery Drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines. New drivers could cover multiple residential areas, so area knowledge is an asset as well as the ability to read a map.

In support of Supply Services’ objective to empower client departments by providing them with the tools, agreements, controls, and authority to effectively and efficiently manage their Service Areas, you are responsible for: identifying, planning, and implementing the processes to support the delegation of call-ups off of Standing Offers; developing business processes, related tools and training for departmental clients; providing guidance and assistance to client departments during complex and high-value call-up processes; assisting client departments through the renewal and renegotiation of existing standing offer contracts for the acquisition of goods, services and Construction; and working with client departments to manage contractor performance from date of award to contract completion.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Completion of 3 year university degree or community college diploma in business administration, public administration or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
