Job Description:
- Act as a quality guarantor by demonstrating proactivity and technical support for operational departments in achieving their quality performance indicators as well as quality standards and specifications for raw materials, products in progress and finished products during normal operations, new projects and various changes;
- Establish priorities for the quality team's activities, taking into account internal priorities and those of other departments;

- Play an active role in ensuring adequate training of operators of the various controls linked to the quality system (CCP, GMP, and various monitoring);
- Actively collaborate with other departments to implement the required quality documents;
- Perform appropriate follow-up activities on non-conformities in partnership with quality assurance, supervisors and other members of the quality department;
- Maintain routine for reporting analysis data, validations, and requested KPIs.
- Manage the cleanliness of the premises and the 5S of the work areas of the quality department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or other equivalent training and experience
- Have a very strong interest in beer and beer processes
- Professional proficiency in French and English, written and spoken;
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Intermediate-advanced proficiency level of the Office suite;
- Strong experience in data analysis
- Applied knowledge in microbiology
- Knowledge of equipment cleaning systems in the brewing industry

Screening:
After completing the UPS required training, the screener will now be in charge of identifying and controlling any possible threat during screening. The screener will use a variety of tools and equipment like X-ray scanners and chemical trace detectors to complete the task. Screening is the employee’s main responsibility while they are at work.
Document Management:
The screener must fully complete and secure all documentation until released to the Facility Security Coordinator, these include but are not limited to various checklists for equipment maintenance and repair, checklists, logs and any other documentation as described in the Aviation Security Master Operating Plan.
Equipment:
All equipment will be maintained as required to keep them fully operational and properly calibrated. The screener is responsible to notify the local management of any equipment or system failures. The screener will keep accurate and complete records. The screener will also manage scanners that are used throughout the operation.
Aviation Security Training:
The screener is responsible to comply with any required training on a timely manner, trainings are time sensitive. Screeners will be continuously tested and audited to ensure accuracy and compliance. Screener must meet minimum requirements in order to maintain qualifications. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Maintain security practices that ensure compliance with company, regulatory, legal and ethical policies and requirements;
- Ensure effective execution of the physical security and protection programs, policies and practices, including the conduct of security audits;

Qualifications
- At least 8 years experience in an investigative/analytical role either in law enforcement or another discipline that involves the investigation of casework and the assembly of information/ evidence to prove a case in court or justify a recommendation or other outcome;
- Bilingual in spoken and written English and French;
- Experience with implementation, operation and support of electronic access control and surveillance systems;
- Strong knowledge of investigative practices, methods and enforcement strategies;
- Familiar with the protocols for collecting, handling, and passing on evidence;
- Experience in employee and labour relations;
- Experience in contingency measures and procedures;
- Experience in presenting or delivering presentations and training programs;
- Administrative skills; proficiency with IT tools, Words, Excell, Outlook and ability to complete and create forms, reports, and logs;

A part time job for just a few hours of the day. Here's the opportunity for you! We are hiring Crossing Guards for various locations in Mississauga.
Your main responsibilities include helping pedestrians, especially students, safely cross roads near schools. You'll explain safety rules, ensure compliance with traffic and safety laws, and wear provided safety gear. If needed, you might assist in training other crossing guards.
To be successful, you should be physically fit to stand and walk with a stop sign in various weather conditions for up to an hour. Good hearing, eyesight, and communication skills are essential. You'll work independently without constant supervision and need to be available for three shifts each weekday during the school year. While having a vehicle is a plus, it is not mandatory. The shifts total up to 3.5 hours a day within an 8-hour window. Your role is crucial for maintaining safety at school.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Supervisor, Crossing Guards the successful candidate:
- Assists pedestrians in safely crossing roadways at designated school crossings.
- Communicates rules of safe crossing to both students and adults.
- Must ensure compliance to the Highway Traffic Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and the City's Respectful Workplace Policy etc.
- Must wear supplied safety clothing and use all safety equipment as per training by the Supervisor, Crossing guards and /or Team Leader, Crossing Guards and/or Field Leader/Crossing Guards.
- May assist in training other crossing guards if requested.
- Must report incidents at the crossing to the supervisor, following up with the school officials and/or Peel Regional Police as directed by Supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be in good physical condition in order to be able to stand and walk holding a stop sign for up to one hour at a time in all weather conditions.
- Must demonstrate good hearing and eyesight.
- Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently without direct day to day supervision.
- Must be available Monday to Friday during the school year for 3 shifts per day (at school entry; at school lunch break, at school dismissal) as per the provided hours of duty.
- Access to a vehicle is an asset.
- You will be working 3 shifts consisting of up to 3.5 hours a day, during an 8 hour window.
- A Vulnerable Sector Check (Level 3) will be required of the successful candidate, at their own expense, to verify the absence of a criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted.
