Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker

• The candidates should be able to work in dangerous area, at heights, noisy area, outdoors, and dusty area

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
• The candidates should be able to apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
• The candidates should be able to install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
• The candidates should be able to install sheet metal flashings
• The candidates should be able to install, repair or replace built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
• The candidates should be able to install, repair or replace shingles, shakes and other roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings
• The candidates should be able to install, repair or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions

• The candidates should be able to measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings such as vinyl or linoleum according to manufacturer specifications, prepare and install hardwood floors, including proper subfloor preparation and installation techniques, and inspect and repair damaged floor coverings to restore functionality and appearance
• The candidates should be able to employ knee kickers and other equipment to stretch carpeting and ensure a smooth and tight fit, perform direct glue-down carpet installations using adhesive materials and proper techniques, and prepare, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered accurately and efficiently to ensure proper installation

What you’ll do:   

• Installation of Rogers Ignite products and services including internet, home phone, TV/streaming and smart home monitoring.

• Servicing and maintaining products with in-home support for customers by educating them on the best Rogers has to offer and how to get the best experience with their services. 

• Inform customers of enhanced company products to secure increased sales. 

• Complete company documentation pertaining to calls in accordance with the department processes and standards. 

• Complete all assigned projects within established time parameters and standards. 

What you bring:
