Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

• You have at least 7 years of work experience as a Java developer.
• You have experience building scalable, enterprise-level technology stacks with Java, SOAP, and JSON but ideally with a broad set of tools
• You have experience in application architecture and API design
• You are proficient in building Microservices and Spring boot
• You have experience with Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes
• Experience working with all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Proficient with Unix Tools, shell scripting (Bash, Perl, Python, etc.), SQL queries, PL/SQL, and SQL Loader - or equivalent
• You have experience in developing security systems and analyzing the current systems for vulnerabilities.
• You have experience in version control and build tools, like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkin, Maven
• You know a variety of frameworks (server-side, infrastructure, browser side, desktop, etc.) as well as a high aptitude for diving in and picking up new things

• You have a well-rounded knowledge of Agile principles and the flexibility to adapt your experience to new and evolving environments
• Solid understanding of wealth management concepts, and workflows.

The Information Security Analyst will be responsible to provide information security risk support to enable our business to make smart, risk-based decisions on technology and business investments that have a successful impact on that information security posture. This role will be important to deliver risk management support and advisory across the organization

How You'll Help: 

• Perform internal threat and risk assessments (TRA’s) that address security threats, changes to systems and/or applications, process improvement initiatives, supplier assessments (including downstream outsourcers) and other requests from the business.
• Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to effectively analyze how disruptions may impact the organization.
• Performs internal cyber risk and control assessments that address security threats, changes to systems and/or applications, process improvement initiatives, supplier assessments (including downstream outsourcers) and other requests from the business.
• Engage stakeholders and partners to drive key remediation and mitigation efforts. 
• Maintain overall risk register and present findings to senior manager of cybersecurity on a regular basis.
• Participates in product and vendor selection process to provide subject matter expertise on Information security risk and compliance.
• Support the review and compliance of defined IT general controls (SOC)
• Support responses to internal and external audits and assist team efforts to strengthen internal controls 
• Support information security compliance activities; researching & reporting organizational compliance levels.
• Provide regular reports and status updates on audit and compliance efforts from a security perspective
• Actively participate in Information security Incident investigation as may be required.
• Inventory, classify, and assess the level of compliance with controls are in place for the information assets of the corporation. Support, enhance when possible, and maintain sets of standard controls for each class of data, track and provide updates and status reports relevant to any incidents, ongoing activities, and issues.

Your Skills & Experience:

• University degree (computer sciences and/or engineering) highly desirable or equivalent experience and college education. 
• Functional knowledge of common security certifications (i.e. ISO 27001, SOC1, and SOC2) and ability to glean significance from findings identified in these reports
• Demonstrate knowledge with information security principles, and industry standards. Significant understanding of FAIR quantitative risk analysis, NIST, ISO/IEC series of standards, SANS-20 and COBIT 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting and explaining complex design, information security concepts and IT risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Able to successfully prioritize and manage to completion multiple complex tasks and deliverables.
• Act as security risk “ambassador” to both internal and external customers. Provide guidance and leadership to other risk management team members. Aptitude to understand business needs and deliver high-quality, prompt, and efficient service.
• English required, other languages an asset.

Objective 

The main role of the Payroll Specialist is to support the RMX GMA concrete team in administrative tasks by bringing rigor and organization to the activities of the various departments. Manage the hourly payroll and benefits of unionized employees; ensure daily liaison to transmit employee issues. Perform routine accounting tasks and participate in security initiatives in the market.  

Main responsibilities

Security :

• Serves as a role model for safety, environmental stewardship, leadership, teamwork and continuous improvement to ensure consistency of the company's vision and critical success factors.

Payroll-HR:    

• Responsible for the bi-weekly payroll closing process for hourly employees.
• Handles the hiring of temporary and permanent unionized employees.
• Ensures the processing of terminations/terminations of contracts of temporary unionized employees.
• Maintains personnel records (active workforce reports (absenteeism, overtime).
• Submits requests in SAP for changes, hiring, layoff and termination, for hourly employees.
• Works jointly with the union executive for the application and interpretation of the collective agreement.
• Prepares and monitors CNESST and health insurance files.

Administration:

• Creates purchase requisitions, tracks POs and processes invoices/bills of lading in conjunction with HR.  
• Prepares manual invoices: union release, etc.
• Acts as a replacement for the administrative assistants in accounts payable and training.

Relations with other positions:

• Works closely with plant service representatives including the plant manager, department heads and supervisors
• Collaborates with various departments, such as HR, finance, procurement, etc.

• Payroll: bi-monthly production for 100 employees
• Annual production capacity of the plant: 550,000m3

Qualification profile

Education and work experience

• Professional studies diploma (DEP) in administration and at least five years of professional experience in a similar work environment OR college diploma in administrative techniques and three years of professional experience
• Experience in payroll service required and payroll experience for unionized employees would be a major asset.

Knowledge and skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint software  
• Knowledge of SAP integrated management software systems would be an asset 
• Sense of organization.
