Reporting to the IT Senior Manager, the IT Coordinator will be working as an SAP Release Coordinator and will be supporting testing activities.   Working in a dynamic and high pace environment, the IT Coordinator will be part of large-scale SAP implementations, and support sustainment projects, and changes. Key activities include:

• Take ownership of coordinating major, minor releases, and unplanned changes, overseeing the entire release process from scope identification to production.
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with releases, ensuring adherence to schedules and scope.
• Host and lead daily Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, fostering open communication and collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Communicate and report CAB discussions, reviewing and approving changes to Quality and Production systems.
• Facilitate monthly release scope identification meetings with functional teams and leads, collaborating closely with the development team to identify and address potential risks.

• Implement and maintain robust audit controls within Release Management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal processes.
• Participate in initiatives for continuous improvement in the release management process.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

• Create, document, and implement technical solutions that align with customer needs and adhere to software development standards

• Participate in all phases of the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC), including testing (QA) and functional analysis.

• Collaborate with the Software Engineering team, adhering to enterprise development guidelines. Stay informed about emerging technologies and innovative approaches, and suggest enhancements to processes and tools

• Maintain and support all applications within a product family

• Implement and utilize the right monitoring tools to proactively detect potential issues

• Be an active participant in agile ceremonies and team meetings

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a developer or as a software engineer

• Experience in developing and maintaining Full Stack secure .Net solutions with C#, Javascript, Angular, Powershell

• Experience designing, documenting, developing, securing, monitoring and consuming REST and/or Graph APIs

• Mastery of the concepts of object-oriented programming. Good knowledge of SOLID design principles and design patterns

• Experience with modern authentication and authorization mechanisms (OpenID Connect & OAuth)

• Experience developing robust automated tests (Unit Tests, Service Tests)

• Experience with CICD pipeline with yaml (pipeline as code) and integrations AsCode with cloud providers

• Experience in continuous delivery, continuous integration(CI/CD), feature flagging, etc.

• Experience and motivation to work on modernization and evolution of large-scale critical applications using complex business logic.

• Proficient in developing with the various cloud providers as well as cloud design models

• Understanding of containerization and Cloud Services (Docker, Kubernetes, Tanzu)

• Proficient in using Microsoft Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps ou Jenkins, NuGet and related tools

• Experience working with Relational databases like SQL server and MySQL

• Strong communication skills – Ability to convey both technical and business-related ideas

• Knowledge of transactional client operation applications related to Financing domain

• Knowledge of the DDD (Domain Driven Design) approach

• A degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field

• Bilingual (French and English)

The IT Specialist, Enterprise Analytics is a data engineer who provides reporting and analytic solutions to meet evolving business needs and drives through both strong technical and functional skills and experience with Microsoft Analytics tools and platforms.  This individual will help define and update our evolving BI strategy and deployment of the latest Analytics software platforms at Saputo.  

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

• Strong business acumen to work with business users and interpret business requirements into data models and analytic solutions with a focus on Microsoft Azure technologies (Fabric & Power BI)

• Assist with the end to end design of a scalable BI architecture that supports efficient creation of BI solutions

• Direct interaction with business SMEs and technical groups (Infra, SAP, Non-SAP) to design and implement sustainable analytic solutions

• Preparation and facilitation of design workshops with documented outcomes (requirements, design, data models).

• Contributes to work effort estimates when building new or enhanced BI solutions on the Azure platform

• Ensure designs are scalable, on strategy, and deliver the expected business outcome

• Development of complex solution components with exceptional performance capable of processing large volumes of data

• Design and develop scalable, reusable data models using Azure development in line with architectural standards and best practices

• Ownership, Administration & Governance of the MS Fabric platform

• Define test plans and conduct performance tuning and data profiling

• Ownership of incident resolution and day to day sustainment of MS Fabric BI solutions

• Utilize Microsoft Analytics tools for seamless integration and efficient user interface development to enhance overall user experience

• Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries to ensure top performance of analytic processes

You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Software Engineering 

• 8+ years of hands on project and support experience in Microsoft Analytics with Azure developments;

Technical Requirements

• Data modelling, Dimensional modelling - Kimball methodology (star schema)
