Responsibilities:

As a Truck Driver at Zora Holdings Ltd., you will be responsible for various tasks related to the transportation of goods and materials. Your primary duties will include:

• Arranging travel, related itineraries, and making reservations.
• Driving as part of a two-person team or convoy.
• Operating and driving lighter, special purpose trucks.
• Loading and unloading goods.
• Obtaining special permits and other required documents for international routes.
• Overseeing the condition of the vehicle and inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
• Handling payments for goods.
• Performing brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs.
• Conducting pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and overseeing all aspects of the vehicle.
• Performing preventive maintenance.
• Receiving and relaying information to central dispatch.
• Recording cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
• Tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo.
• Transporting and handling dangerous goods.

Experience and Specialization:

• Documentation knowledge, including Bill of lading and Driver logbook.
