Key Responsibilities

1.Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with Day & Ross’s business objectives, integrating human capital initiatives with organizational priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, providing strategic business acumen to optimize the P&L through effective people strategies.
  • Build and deliver people plans and programs to enhance revenue and profitability while navigating competitive markets and organizational growth.
  • Champion organizational capability through targeted talent management, workforce planning, and skills development to meet current and future challenges.

2. Experience with Organizational Effectiveness Strategies to support business health.

  • Implement leadership planning models and succession frameworks to identify and develop future leaders.
  • Ability to lead and manage large-scale organizational changes, including restructuring and acquisitions, while ensuring cultural alignment.
  • Establish and reinforce a high-performance culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

3. Organizational Transformation and Change Management:

6. Operational HR Excellence:

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations across North American.
  • Oversee HR operations, total rewards, and performance management frameworks.
  • Address challenges in federally regulated environments with a comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations.
