Responsibilities

  • Enhancing build infrastructure for in-house data and analytics applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process wires and cheques including positive pay requirements
  • Handle supplier inquiries including website set-up and transaction details
  • Handle internal inquiries and transaction details on expenses, payments queries

Key Qualifications/Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

 

Experience

About This Opportunity

  • Provide recommendations on security equipment and design projects working with Security Managers and business partners 
  • Act as first point of contact for Quebec locations. In consultation with Security Managers conduct investigations and audits for assigned area. Respond and provide support for urgent/emergency situations after normal business hours for assigned area

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent work experience is required, with courses in law enforcement or relevant field preferred
  • At least 3 years experience in the corporate security field
  • Bilingual in spoken and written French and English 
  • Experience with implementation, operation and support of electronic access control and surveillance systems
  • Knowledge of investigative practices, methods and enforcement strategies

Responsibilities

  • Build, change or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintaining product signage; cleaning product space and securing damaged or defective product.
  • Follow all Coke Canada Bottling and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
  • Manage backroom by organizing stock (product); identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels; evaluating and processing damaged product; re-packing product; organizing backroom materials (i.e., pallets, product shells etc.); completing any required paperwork.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.

  • Physical Requirements:
    • Repetitively lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance.
    • Consistent kneeling, squatting and reaching above the head.
    • Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e. pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
    • Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
    • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Qualifications

  • Must be 17 years of age.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing or related field preferred.

Key Accountabilities:

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Provide planning and economics to projects, T/A and routine Preventative maintenance in the area
  • Working knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations and budget preparation experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification preferred
  • Skilled communication, coaching and training abilities related to facility equipment, processes and interactions (plant to field and site to site)
  • Strong data analysis and computer skills with SCADA, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Production Tracker, Accumap, PVR
