Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be client-focused, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and be flexible
• The candidates should be organized, reliable, and a team player

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
• International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, establish work schedules, and supervise and coordinate the activities of workers
• The candidates should be able to hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and authorize payments by cheque
• The candidates should be able to order merchandise, authorize the return of merchandise, and sell merchandise
• The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and organize and maintain inventory
• The candidates should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
