Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, adept at efficiently handling repetitive tasks, and capable of managing and lifting heavy loads as part of their responsibilities
• The candidates should be physically fit to meet the demands of the role and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in their work
• The candidates should be comfortable with standing for extended periods during their work shifts and proficient in tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
• The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops
• The candidates should be able to harvest crops
