SECURITAS is currently recruiting an on-call security guard for a data center at the Technology Park, looking to work in an energetic environment, you have interpersonal skills, a sense of customer service and you are able to work in a team this role is for you. Great opportunity for those starting out in the private security sector wanting to quietly familiarize themselves with the environment . Possibility of obtaining a permanent position of 40 hours depending on attendance and performance.
Security agent position to fill the following shift:
- Variable hours depending on operational needs, up to 40 hours per week
- Available for day, evening and night shifts, Monday through Friday (Required)
- Available Saturday and Sunday (An asset)
- 24 hours guaranteed (3 days/week) minimum
- The candidate must speak French
- Able to express oneself in English (An asset)
Salary starts at $27.72/H
Job Requirements:
- Valid Security Officer Permit (BSP)
- Valid first aid certificate (CPR)
- Customer service skills
- Proactive, punctual and professional
- Ideally live in Quebec City and its surroundings
Main tasks to be accomplished:
- Do patrol (rounds)
- Do surveillance
- Reporting incidents
- Be alert to potential hazards in the building and report them
- Satisfying customer demands
