What you’ll do

Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

Setup company-directed promotions and programs

Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, physically capable of handling demanding tasks, and able to stand for extended periods during work while also working effectively under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and be dependable in fulfilling their responsibilities, demonstrating reliability in their work and being team players capable of collaborating effectively with others
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and bake mixed dough and batters
- The candidates should be able to prepare special orders, frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, and draw up production schedules, inspect kitchen and food service areas, and operate machinery
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods, and ensure efficient operations in the kitchen and food service areas
