• The candidates should be able to use maps and other trip planning aids, record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems, and perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections overseeing all aspects of the vehicle
• The candidates should be able to accept payment or invoices for items delivered, keep a record of items received and delivered, and deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand
• The candidates should be able to provide customer service, sort packages, and follow directions and read maps
