Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables, carry and replace linen as needed, and clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
• The candidates should be able to load buspans and trays for efficient service, place dishes in the storage area after use, and stock refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients
• The candidates should be able to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs, clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
• The candidates should be able to remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and presentable environment, and wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit as needed for meal preparation
