As the Software Development Manager at Coke Canada, you will lead a team of developers specializing in low-code platforms like RPA, Power Platform, SQL scripting, and Python. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality development and timely project delivery.

• Conduct code reviews, provide technical assistance, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and implement the overall development strategy for Coke Canada.
• Oversee the management and integration of low code tools, including RPA, UiPath, PowerPlatform, PowerBI, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate.
• Utilize Snowflake, SQL scripts, DataFactory, and Azure to support and enhance development projects.
• Manage the CI/CD pipeline and automated deployment processes.
• Build and expand GenAI capabilities, developing and implementing Generative AI solutions
• Provide direction and support to the offshore development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in managing developers, particularly those working with low code tools.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, DAX, Microsoft FX, JavaScript/TypeScript, and .NET/C#
• Proficiency in RPA (UiPath preferred), PowerPlatform, PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Snowflake, SQL scripts, DataFactory, and Azure.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline and automated deployment processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Experience with DevOps or GitHub is beneficial.

About This Opportunity

As a Cooler Delivery Driver you will be responsible for delivering, setting up, moving and exchanging vending equipment in customer accounts and other outlets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, exchange and move vending equipment.
• Complete safety vehicle reports on a daily basis.
• Load and unload vending machines for delivery and/or return.
• Communicates with dispatchers, customers and supervisors regarding delivery and pick up status.
• Set coolers, which involves setting shelves, temperature and checking refrigeration.
• Educate customers in operation of equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Prior work experience with moving equipment preferred.
• Previous vending equipment repair and distribution a plus.
• Ability to do heavy lifting on a daily basis.
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Valid CDL required, Class A preferred, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Must be able to pass a Department of Transportation physical and/or have a valid DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all facility equipment is maintained up to company standards 
• Ensure plant is in compliance with all federal and provincial regulations along with company policy/procedure 
• Monitor QI daily and provide recommendations to solve quality issues 
• Develop and continuously analyze budget versus planned forecast and report monthly or as needed 
• Conduct scheduled meetings (department, safety) 
• Develop workforce through supervision, coaching, and training 
• Ensure all plans and strategies are effectively communicated throughout the department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed, and/or equivalent work experience required;
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a Maintenance/manufacturing unionized 
• environment while managing a team
• PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement/High Volume Manufacturing; 
• Working knowledge of GMP’s, Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and WHMIS;
• Millwright or Electrical certification preferred;
• Intermediate computer and database application skills such as SAP;
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems
• Experience working in the Beverage and Food Manufacturing (asset).

About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager, Coke Canada Bottling Driver Merchandisers (or Bulk Drivers) are responsible for delivery of pre-ordered product to assigned accounts, stocking, merchandising and rotating product. They are a critical part of the team that ensures Coke Canada Bottling products are readily available in stores, and play a crucial role in keeping beverage sections, end caps, racks, and displays brimming with refreshing options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-ordered products to customers on assigned route using a Coke Canada Bottling fleet truck.
• Check accuracy and stability of truck load.
• Carry out an inspection of truck before departure and hitch the trailer.
• Offload products and bring into the customer’s location.
• Merchandise product into customer location as needed.
• Collect company property.
• Follow all Coke Canada Bottling and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
• Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage room to front-of-store with manual equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck).
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

• Commercial License with Air (Class 1 or AZ) with no major violations over the last three (3) years.
• One (1) plus year of commercial driving experience.
• One to three years of general work experience.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to repetitively lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without
• assistance.
• Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e. pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
