As a CBRE Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering client requirements by collaborating with multiple internal teams.

This job is part of the Client Services Job Function. They are responsible for providing daily advice and support to clients that need assistance with business products and services.

 
What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain frequent communication with clients to build relationships and resolve escalated isses.
  • Execute client-facing processes and requests, including system administration, reporting, support, onboarding, and program administration.
  • Partner with Service Operations to ensure the satisfactory performance of overall account service levels.
  • Work with internal groups to communicate customer requirements. Resolve any challenges, issues, or new opportunities that occur.
  • Coordinate with clients to set up systems, maintain access and usability, provide training, and other projects.
  • Provide required client SOPs, reporting, data, and dispatch updates for assigned clients.
  • Conduct periodic client calls to update, check in, and share basic information.
  • Provide informal help such as technical guidance and training to coworkers.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

Maintenance Technician Full-time Job

Job Details
Working under limited supervision when supporting assigned service calls, utilizes intermediate skills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, building systems equipment and grounds within a geographical area/route potentially across multiple sites. Monitors building system operations and performance. Utilizes working knowledge of several skills such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, heating and cooling and other handyman tasks to troubleshoot issues. Must be flexible on schedule.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Complies with all applicable municipal, provincial and federal codes and regulations and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Completes corrective maintenance and repairs, records service reports as required.
  • Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. Utilizes CMMS to manage work orders, create notes, and the work order track completion.
  • Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems including: plumbing systems, kitchen and food equipment, roofs, drains, and HVAC/R.
  • Inspects building systems including Fire, Life Safety Systems, HVAC/R, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client. Troubleshoots and reports on failures and other major issues for specialized repairs.
  • As requested, inspects the work performed by outside contractors.
  • Supports an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.
  • Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.
  • Performs carpentry, painting and furniture assembly tasks as needed.
  • Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
  • Report and communicate daily all work activity via Smartphone.
