Our Lower Capilano branch is seeking a part-time (18,75 hours) Customer Service Representative, available to support a flexible schedule (Monday through Saturday).

Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers. - Identifies customer needs and initiates referrals to BMO colleagues.
- Supports customer requests for banking services, including handling transactions and supporting customers who walk into the branch.
- Welcomes customers warmly and meets their banking service and transactional needs with seamless execution.
- Offers advice and guidance on available digital and self-serve options with the goal of making it easy, simple, and fast to bank with BMO.
- Reviews customer profiles and engages customers in a needs-based conversation to identify potential opportunities and address everyday banking plans and credit card needs.
- Contributes to meeting branch business results and the customer experience.
- Supports operational activities (e.g. inventory management, escalated service requests, following up on customer applications, filing, opening and closing activities).
- Manages, loads, and reconciles cash transactions between treasury and various branch units (e.g. CRU).
- Executes routine tasks (e.g. service requests, transactions, queries, etc.) within relevant service level agreements.
- Acts as a key member of a collaborative and versatile branch and market team.
- Probes to understand customer personal banking and credit card needs and integrates marketing promotions and programs into customer conversations to provide strategic advice.
- Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Takes the initiative to find creative approaches that make each customer’s experience feel personal.
- Looks for ways to contribute to the ongoing improvement of the overall branch customer experience.

The Role
Under the supervision of the AR Manager, the AR Clerk is responsible to maintain customer accounts and receivable records, file, prepare, reconcile and process all matters relating to customer accounts in an accurate, effective and efficient professional manner. JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Manager, Rail Systems, the Engineer, Vehicle Systems is responsible to monitor, measure, audit and review the performance of the vehicle maintenance systems; manage the production of quality metrics to measure the soundness of the vehicle system engineering processes; provide a single point of contact for all technical issues and concerns regarding the vehicle fleets; track, trend, and analyse fleet reliability issues for new and existing fleets; oversee and provide direction and comments to fleet expansions; complete technical analysis of rail system failure modes; review and monitor operational requirements; and lead rail capital improvement projects.
In addition, the incumbent will provide technical support and design input during the procurement specification and tender phase of new orders; be responsible for the technical review of design submissions and responses to the RFIs; assist with the tracking and monitoring of vehicle quality issues during the vehicle procurement and maintenance phases; assist with investigations, root cause analysis, and technical reporting writing; assist with investigations in relation to systems operations and interrelated track and signal infrastructure issues; complete root cause analyses for system or sub-system failures/issues; manage the development and delivery of vehicle lifecycle & safety programs; and provide support to Transit Operations during major operational events.
The incumbent will also participate on technical committees and lead project teams to provide engineering expertise to discuss and resolve issues on projects internal and external to the department that may impact the operational requirements of the Transit Services Department
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Four (4) year Bachelor of Applied Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
Seven (7) years experience in rail vehicle fleet engineering, maintenance and operation, testing and commissioning, overhaul planning, life cycle planning, and reliability improvement programs for new and existing fleets and experience transit and rail control/power control systems, railway integrated control systems and systems integration
Knowledge of rail systems including track, power systems, and signaling systems would be an asset

Job Description:
The Traffic Agent will provide critical traffic control and congestion management for the City of Toronto's Transportation Services Division, by implementing traffic mitigation measures, as it relates to the public Right of Way and in accordance with the Highway Traffic Act and City of Toronto Municipal Code and related provincial legislation.
Major Responsibilities:
- Implementing congestion management measures by directing traffic at intersections to ensure the safe and efficient movement of pedestrians, cyclists and motorists.
- Directs the flow of traffic within the City of Toronto and ensures barricades and other measures are implemented to ease congestion and ensure the safety and security of the public for all modes of Transportation.
- Provides in field active traffic management and educates the public on traffic operations at various projects not limited but including construction, signal activation and maintenance, events and critical intersections.
- Provides traffic coordination, parking enforcement and responds to vehicle and pedestrian related emergencies or other emergencies that occur on the roadway.
- Prepares and confirms details of incident reports as required.
- Carries out the duties of a sworn Special Constable/Peace Officer, Provincial Offences Officer and agent in accordance with Canadian/Provincial/Municipal laws and established contracts, agreements, policies and procedures, etc.
- Treats the public with respect and dignity and ensures compliance with AODA requirements.
- Provides feedback that assists with developing and implementing traffic mitigation measures and background research. Provides a summary-in-brief with the outcome and forwards recommendations.
- Ensures compliance with emergency preparedness measures and Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
- Responds to emergencies affecting the safety of those on the highway (i.e. falling glass from buildings, fallen scaffolding on roadways, flying debris, collisions, etc.) and initiates the attendance of emergency responders when required.
- Assists in the safe and timely movement of emergency vehicles through intersections.
- Promotes compliance with the City of Toronto's by-laws and provincial statutes and educates members of the public of their responsibilities as they relate to the Right of Way.
- Participates and/or leads the review of existing, and the development of new programs and processes related to the Right of Way.
- Creates and Conducts educational programs and trains new staff.

Key Qualifications:
