Group Summary:

• Responsible for supporting, providing direction and/or auditing Human Resources activities in assigned areas of responsibility which may include recruitment and hiring, orientation/onboarding, training, timecard administration, attendance, disability management, maintenance of personnel files, exit interviews. Qualifications:

• Completion of Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in a related field of study.

As a member of the BGIS Sustainable Cleaning Solutions Team, you will be generally responsible for cleaning in a designated zone with an emphasis on quality control, health and safety & striving to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Functioning as a core member of the operational team and reporting to the Manager/ Supervisor as a Cleaner you may be required to perform some of the following tasks as required by the Manager/Supervisor and needs of the client:

• Clean floors by sweeping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Dry/wet mop (wash/scrub) and polish hard surface floors. (The washing/scrubbing of floors is done with handheld or auto scrubbers. In large open applications, automatic equipment may be used to perform these functions)
• Strip and finish hard surface floors manually or with power equipment (when required).
• Steam clean or shampoo carpets (when required).
• Transport garbage from drop points to garbage bins or compactor.
• Transport maintenance machinery, where necessary, between floors and job sites.
• Cleans and stores equipment and machinery used.

• Cleans washroom floors including stripping and finishing.

Four (4) to seven (7) workers may occupy this position on a production line, and will rotate through the tasks every 30 minutes.

• Dry Packaging – Worker is in direct contact with packaged dairy products, and are required to ensure labels and product dates are applied correctly, as well as boxing and palletizing the finished goods for the Warehouse.
