Responsibilities
- Maintain and replenish products in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage room to front-of-store with manual equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck).
- Build, change or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintaining product signage; cleaning product space and securing damaged or defective product.
- Follow all Coke Canada Bottling and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
- Manage backroom by organizing stock (product); identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels; evaluating and processing damaged product; re-packing product; organizing backroom materials (i.e., pallets, product shells etc.); completing any required paperwork.
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Physical Requirements:
- Repetitively lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance.
- Consistent kneeling, squatting and reaching above the head.
- Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e. pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
- Ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Qualifications
- Must be 17 years of age.
- Minimum one (1) year experience working in grocery, retail, warehousing or related field preferred.
- Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year experience working under little to no supervision preferred.
- Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours
- Must have current vehicle liability insurance.

- Knowledge of Waterworks industry products is required;
- Demonstrated sales and cold-calling experience, ideally within the industry;
- Consistently meeting deadlines within a fast paced work environment and works effectively within time constraints

What You Will Be doing:
• Tailoring Solutions: You build rapport with customers to understand their needs and match them to Rogers and Fido brand products including Wireless, Cable, Hi-Speed Internet, Home Phone, and Rogers Mastercard
• Sales: Identifying opportunities, anticipating customer needs and achieving sales goals within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
• Customer Engagement: Drive sales through engagement of existing customers by calling and texting to promote Rogers and Fido branded products.
• Representing the Brand: Representing Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events.
Your Qualifications:
• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Experience building rapport and establishing connections with customers and team members through clear and effective verbal communication.
• Customer Experience: Demonstrated commitment to providing positive customer interactions through understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Adaptability: Rapidly adapt with flexibility to respond to changes in the store environment to meet customer and business needs.
• Multitasking: Experience navigating multiple tasks and efficient workflows while providing consistent customer service.
• Critical Thinking: Successfully navigate and find solutions for unexpected situations that arise.
• Minimum Age: You meet the provincial minimum age of majority
• Flexible Availability: To better serve our customers, you can commit to provide a minimum availability of 20 hrs a week, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
No previous telecom technology experience required. We will train you; bring your willingness to learn and curiosity.
