Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract)
Work setting: Machinery installation, Various locations, Maintenance, Service, Repair, and New construction
Transportation information: Willing to travel and Valid driver’s licence
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and tolerate odors
- The candidates should be physically fit for demanding tasks, capable of handling heavy loads, and able to handle weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, be able to stand for extended periods, and work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to coach and instruct apprentices, supervise other workers, and operate hoisting and lifting equipment
- The candidates should be able to detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions, perform routine maintenance work on machinery, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
- The candidates should be able to repair or replace defective machinery parts, fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up, estimate costs and materials, assemble machinery and equipment (prior to installation), and install machinery and equipment.
