The P&D Dispatch Team Leader is responsible for supervising and supporting a team of dispatchers, working closely with the Dispatch Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This role involves dispatching local units for freight pickups and deliveries, while closely monitoring driver and dispatcher performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. The Team Leader plays a key role in leading and motivating the team, ensuring high standards of service and operational performance.
How You'll Help:
• Execute the P&D plan, making adjustments as needed
