As a Route Sales Representative, there are two main accountabilities: (1) selling and developing the business and (2) servicing customers through delivery and merchandising. You will be responsible for developing and sustaining a growing snack foods business to an assigned group of retail customers, for example, grocery, gas and convenience stores.

Responsibilities

• Identifying changing customer needs through a constant review of the highest selling products
• Frequent communication with store managers
• Developing all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation and customer service objectives
• Selling and executing national and local promotions, soliciting placement of incremental marketing equipment, displays, racks and selling product inventory for customer volume demands
• Managing inventory to ensure balanced accounts and fresh products for customers
• Executing hands on activities: managing product placement on shelves, increasing shelf facings and racks, handling carton returns, inventory movement and cleaning shelving and racks

Qualifications

• High School diploma required, University/College education is an asset
• Valid full G driver’s license or class 5 driver’s license
• A car or reliable, consistent access to a car and a clear/clean driving record
• Scheduling flexibility: work schedule can vary (weekends/holidays included)
• Previous sales experience with a consumer-packaged goods or retail organization preferred
• Outstanding organizational skills (able to handle multiple priorities, problem solve, meet targets
• Great with people and excellent communication skills

Site is located in Bath Ontario. 

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic patrols to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Controls access to client site or facility through the admittance process Patrols assigned site on foot or in vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons. Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations. Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents. Prepares logs and reports as required. Specific duties or tasks may vary and be documented separately. The employee might not be required to perform all functions listed. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for equipment data collection job plan documentation, job plan tasking, preventative maintenance scheduling, data reporting and CMMS end user training. Ensures adherence to policies and procedures ensuring data integrity, quality planning, and KPI work order metrics are achieved by team. 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Asset Management

·       Maintains and updates equipment data base and preventative maintenance program.

·       Provides data collection procedures, forms and checklists to support data inputs into service maintenance management database.

·       Provides suggestions and assists with improvement of relevant procedures and resources.

·       Provides quality and efficient asset based preventative maintenance program.

Preventative Maintenance Scheduling

·       Creates preventative maintenance schedules based on assets.

·       Reviews and updates work schedules taking into consideration factors including but not limited to current workload and geographical proximity to facilities or specific site conditions. 

·       Generates reports to review Technician workload with team and managers.

·       Provides resource allocation recommendations to assist with optimizing resource utilization.

Job Plan Documentation

·       Liaises with relevant stakeholders to gather work procedures in order to prepare and/or maintain related job plans. 

·       Provides suggestions on applicable job plans based on asset or job requirements.

Inspection / Service Report

·       Reviews preventive maintenance inspection reports.

·       Create and management of corrective maintenance work orders.

·       Manage asset permits and certifications.

Reporting

·       Generates data and prepares various reports to managers and team.

·       Reviews reports and communicates observations and recommendations to operations team.

End User Training

·       Provides training to CMMS end users.

·       Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

·       1 to 3 years of facility services administration work experience.

·       Community college diploma or equivalent training (e.g. RPA, CET)

·       Strong administrative and organizational skills.

·       Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

·       Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others for the purpose of data exchange, clarification and follow up.

·       Ability to capture work procedures provided by others accurately and prepare accurate job plans.

·       Ability to create accurate maintenance schedules based on contract requirements.

·       Proficient with MS Office suite of applications along with ability to quickly learn new software applications and information systems.

• Performs general maintenance duties and scheduled preventive maintenance work on physical facilities, equipment and grounds;

About the Opportunity

• Completes security round of the campus at a minimum of once per shift
• Greets residents as they enter the campus
• Greets visitors as the enter campus and assists them accordingly

About You

Position Overview:

Wages: $17.05/hr

Shift timings: 

Monday - Friday: 1700-0100, 0100-0900

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.
• Monitor CCTV footage and cameras for irregularities. 
• Perform foot patrols inside and outside the store. checking doors ensure they are locked.
• Must be able to walk and do hourly 20–40-minute patrols. Able to climb stairs and deal with vagrants professionally.
• Hourly patrols of complex/parking garage. Advise all vagrants to vacate property and call local police when vagrants refuse to leave. Write reports for all incidents.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
• 6 months+ security experience.
• Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response
