In this role, you will collaborate with and work alongside field and shop maintenance crews to ensure that all heavy equipment is optimized and maintained.

You will utilize your heavy-duty mechanical experience with computerized and other testing equipment to inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair designated heavy equipment for our shovel fleet – specifically P&H 4100, CAT 7495, Cat 6090 (RH400) EX8000, EX3600.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and safely maintain pipeline facility sites with a focus on ensuring operating equipment is reliable and maintained to Suncor’s expectations

Haul Truck (Mine) or Cell Dozer (Tailings). Involves building skills and gaining experience in operating heavy mobile equipment. Individuals will work to gain qualification on a Haul Truck or Cell Dozer. Once qualified, trainees may progress to training on the Operator 2 qualifications.
