Qualifications:

Physical ability to perform required duties, including heavy lifting and pushing of furniture and equipment, considerable walking and stair climbing; ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written), ability to follow written instructions; awareness of building security and fire procedures; tact and diplomacy in dealing with others; ability to work at varying heights and to operate and use safety ladders and lifts.
