Position Overview:

Wages: $17.05/hr

Shift timings: 

Monday - Friday: 1700-0100, 0100-0900

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.
  • Monitor CCTV footage and cameras for irregularities. 
  • Perform foot patrols inside and outside the store. checking doors ensure they are locked.
  • Must be able to walk and do hourly 20–40-minute patrols. Able to climb stairs and deal with vagrants professionally.
  • Hourly patrols of complex/parking garage. Advise all vagrants to vacate property and call local police when vagrants refuse to leave. Write reports for all incidents.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Valid Ontario Security License
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • 6 months+ security experience.
  • Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response

Truck Driver Merchandiser Full-time Job

Job Details

Coke Canada Bottling Bulk Drivers are responsible for the delivery of pre-ordered products to assigned accounts. This is a long-haul role and requires overnights. This is a short haul role and all driving will be locally based.

Responsibilities

  • Shift: AM, PM or overnight
  • Deliver pre-ordered products to customers on assigned route using a Coke Canada Bottling fleet truck
  • Check accuracy and stability of truck load
  • Follow all Coke Canada Bottling and Store policies regarding equipment and safety
  • Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
  • Repetitively lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance - most route require product to be offloaded and broght into the customer location.
  • Merchandising product into customer location as needed
  • Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e. pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
  • Collect company property
  • Follow all Coke Canada Bottling and Store policies regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety
  • Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers

Qualifications

  • Commercial License with Air (Class 1 or AZ) with no major violations over the last three (3) years
  • One (1) plus year of commercial driving experience
  • One to three years of general work experience
  • Local delivery experience preferred
  • Ability to repetitively lift, carry and position product (weight up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance

What is the opportunity?

In this role, you are the steward and primary relationship contact of a portfolio of RBC clients, bringing the best of RBC to businesses, their employees and their owners, demonstrating a One RBC mindset. This role will acquire and grow client relationships through professional, tailored and proactive advice and solutions, meeting with client in person or virtually, based on client preference. This role will regularly introduce partners and specialists to offer solutions that meet clients’ financial needs. This role works in collaboration with Dealer Service Manager/Financing Specialist partners, achieve and sustain portfolio quality through disciplined execution of client and portfolio management routines.

  • Work as a team and leverage partners for timely and seamless client contact

  • Acquire new clients and ensure alignment to the Home of Best Fit. Build and maintain a centre of influence network aligned with your industry specialization and target market

  • Deliver business results and grow market share, by growing and retaining existing business client relationships through insightful annual strategy meetings and ensuring a One RBC approach

 

 

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 5+ years relevant account management, business development or sales experience

  • 5+ years commercial credit underwriting and proven sales experience

  • Experience identifying and acting on business opportunities

  • Strong MS Office software skills including MS word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong interpersonal/ communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Automotive and/or Recreational Vehicle Industry
