  • Employee, whether in a sole or multiple occupancy residence, must work in a private space where confidential client and / or employee information is not visible or audible to anyone other than the employee.

  • Employee must ensure that their remote workplace has proper connectivity and that the bandwidth meets RBC requirements for working remotely (25mbps download speed and 10mbps upload speed).

  • Employee must have the ability to plug their RBC computer directly to the modem with a maximum ethernet cable no longer than 10 feet.
